1. Developed the laboratory for Rolex PVC pipes Industry.
2. Started Testing PVC pipe as per specifications and doing the following tests of PVC pipes by collecting samples from the production line.
3. Impact test, Hydrostatic pressure test, Methylene test, Heat Reversion test, opacity test, Specific Gravity and Fracture toughness test and formulation of Raw materials accordingly.
4. Developed formats for the specified tests.
5. Assisted the managerial staff in registration of the firm with different Government and Non-Government Organizations i.e. EPA, PSQCA, UNICEF, UNOCHA, UNDP, USAID, Department of Labor, ISO certification of 14001-2004 and Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan.
6. Started Record keeping of Lab tests and stock file of raw materials for Rolex PVC.
7. Formulation of the specified desired product as per customer demand and smooth running of extruder.
8. Our PVC Product range from 2\'\' to 8\'\' PVC pipe white and gray with HDPE Pipe black.
9. Daily Production Report and Daily stock Report Checking and compiling data in Excel.
10. Involved in Sales of Pipes and Purchase of Raw materials, workforce management and salaries formation.

1. Visual inspection of Plastic cans from various production lines on regular basis following hourly scheduled format.
2. Checking the Plastic cans in laboratory for specified standards i.e Thickness, length, diameter and specific gravity.
3. Checking out the physical strength of cans by drop test method as dropping the can from specific height with full of water, as sample liquid.
4. Checking the raw materials by sampling some cans from them and testing them for the desire strength and durability and behavior of material in our machine.
5. Documenting each and every thing on daily basis and discussing flaws with the production head and removing them on routine basis.
6. Being in constant communication with production department and head of the department and finding ways to remove flaws from the system on mutual understanding in order to get the high quality end results with minimum wastage.
7. All the machines are Plastic injection molding machines with new automatic and old machines in operation.
